At SevenSet, we do not offer open returns.

Returns are only accepted in the case of manufacturing defects or items damaged upon delivery.

Eligibility for returns

Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Items must be unused and in their original condition.

All return requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

How to request a return

To request a return, you must complete our Return Request Form within 48 hours of delivery.

Please ensure you include:

Your order number

Clear photos or videos showing the issue

A brief description of the defect or damage

What happens after you submit a request

Our team will review your request and contact you with the next steps.

If approved, we will offer either a replacement or a refund, depending on the case.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after confirmation.
